Terms & Conditions
1.
All lessons must be paid for in advance.

Fees for the next lesson regardless of duration,
must be paid for at the
start of the preceding lesson.
48 hrs notice is required to cancel a lesson.

Failure to give the relevant notice will result in
the loss of the fee for the

lesson cancelled.

If the instructor cancels without the due notice,
then the pupil will receive
the cancelled lesson free.

If the pupil cancels without the due notice, then
pupils paying per lesson
should remember to bring the fees for their first
lesson after
cancellation and their next lesson.
The instructor cannot be held responsible for
lessons cancelled due to bad
weather, mechanical failure or accidents involving
the tuition car.

In such circumstances, lessons will be rescheduled
for a later date.
4.
Lateness.

The instructor and pupil will be allowed 10 mins
after the lesson start
time for lateness. Any more than this and the
lesson will be
considered to have been cancelled.

Any lesson time lost due to instructor lateness
will be added to pupils
next lesson.
5.
Changes to pick up / drop off points should be
agreed 48 hrs prior to lesson.

If insufficient notice is given, then the length of
lesson may be adjusted
with the full lesson fee still applying.
7.
Bulk booking lessons and gift voucher lessons must
be used within 6 months
from the purchase date or the lessons will be lost.
If a pupil decides to cancel all future lessons,
then any prepayments will be

refunded.
8.
Any pupil not in contact with their instructor for
2 months will be
considered to have cancelled their lessons and any
prepayments will be
forfeited.
9.
Any pupil under, or suspected of being under the
influence of drink or drugs,
will be dropped immediately with the loss of all
prepayments.
10.
Pupils will receive a free lesson if they recommend
a new pupil who completes
at least 6 lessons.
11.
The instructor reserves the right to cancel all
future lessons at any time. In
such circumstances any prepayment will be refunded.
